Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

Pre-Blessed Jewellery

  • Size exchanges and style exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Style exchange refers to exchanging one jewellery style for another, such as a Kada exchanged for a Pendant, subject to product availability and price difference adjustment.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
  • A reverse logistics fee of ₹99 will be applicable for all exchange requests.
  • Exchange orders will be processed after the returned product passes quality verification.
  • Exchange or return can be availed only once per original order.
  • If exchanged with a lower-value product, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.

Personalized Blessed Jewellery

  • Personalized Blessed Jewellery is specially energized, blessed, or customized for an individual and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Only damaged Personalized Blessed Jewellery will be eligible for replacement.
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Home Decor Kits

  • Home Decor Kits are non-returnable.
  • Home Decor Kits can be personalized only by nearby temples.
  • If any item in the Home Decor Kit is found to be damaged, only the damaged item will be exchanged.
  • For example, if a Diya is damaged, it will be replaced with a new Diya only.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Returned products must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • If you opt for a refund to the original payment method, a reverse logistics fee of ₹140 will be deducted.
  • The refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned shipment.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Poor condition or damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All freebies received with the order must be returned along with the product.
  • Failure to return freebies will result in deduction of the respective amount from the refund.
  • Returns without the original product tag will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • If a pre-paid order is cancelled after dispatch, a cancellation fee of ₹100 will be charged.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Personalized Blessed Jewellery and spiritual products cannot be cancelled once processing, ritual preparation, or dispatch to the temple has started.

All exchange, replacement, return, and damage claims are subject to verification by our quality team. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not comply with the policy stated above.
